Breathing problems and chest discomfort

Sir . Iam having nasal congestion and chest discomfort since two months .The mild pain is shifting from left . right some time both. top. .and bottom and some times hip and some times upper back side also . some times shortness in breathing also .Able to do all activities with out any problems.Getting panic easily to minor problems .Ecg. and .X ray report normal please guide me.
