While going upstairs or sometimes excessive stress for breathing. Inhaling and exhaling with excessive stress .Chest pain, exhaling breathing from mouth excessive tiredness some times feeling of getting fainted but not fainted. Father has a history of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.

Hello ! Your symptom definitely needs attention . Breathlessness in your case can be due to respiratory or cardiac issue.  The treatment for the two are completely different.  So you need further evaluation with  detailed history , investigations such as chest x ray , pulmonary function test , ecg, echocardiography as deemed appropriate .
