I m unable to breathe from left nasal i can see there flesh is grown inside the nose

Nasal obstruction can occur because of various reasons such as deviated nasal septum, chronic rhinosinusitis, allergic rhinitis, inferior turbinate hypertrophy etc. Diagnosis needs to be confirmed by detailed clinical examination. Treatment depends on diagnosis
