Breathing problem

I feel like one of my nostrils is totally blocked and i can only breathe out of the left one alone. So i keep gushing in oxygen every few seconds and that make a noise irritating people around me. I feel breathlessness sometimes and have runny nose all throughout the year. Please help.

your problem seems like of hypertrophic nasal turbinates.because you also have running nose all the time.there are medicine for this condition in homoeopathy it works really well.
