Hi dr i have probleem for breathing and also pain on my hands if i give weight on hands it will sun when i straight it will normal just lil cough not too much i am piles patient also ..i am martoed

Take a cough syrup 1 spoon 3 times a daym this will reduce cough and also help in piles problem. Give you hand rest, do not put pressure. Is breathing problem associated with fever? if problem still continues then get a chest X-ray done and for now take tablet montair LC one tab daily at night for 5 days.
