Having complain of breathlessness while talking or even walking for a short distance. Also having more sputum secretion past 7 days. Palpation is felt and breathlessness is there. Hb level is normal. Feels as if somebody is not allowing me to breathe. Plz diagnose the condition.

Breathlessness with sputum production can be due to various reasons in the lung like infections,  asthma etc., and needs proper evaluation.
