I have breathing issues..checked with the doctos in 2019, They informed, it happened due to restlessness, anxiety..so advised to take proper rest.. in these days, I have started facing this issue again.
It looks like You are a very anxious person. When any time stress increases you start with restlessness and overthinking.
You need to calm your mind. Meditation,yoga,music or other outdoor activities will divert your mind.
