Breathing issue may be post nasal drip

Hello , i had septoplasty and adenoidectomy  ( no turbinoplasty) 4 months back , but still i am facing difficulty breathing although its normal sometimes , whenever i swallow it feels mucus going inside throat,and on clearing the mucus makes breathing easier, this mucus is causing difficulty in breathing , on physical consultation with a local ent, CT scan was done and everything is normal and recovery is also good,on examination he says my recovery is well , and nasal passage is clear, , he then gave me fluticasone ft spray fir 1 month... please suggest me what should be done i feel this mucus id causing a problem for me as i feel mucus running down throat on swallowing...and on clearing throat breathing feels good , drinking hot water also makes breathing a bit easier. PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT SHOULD BE DONE , should i use STEAM inhalation and ehat other measures should be taken , please guide me through this tough times.

Continue both saline nasal washes followed by intranasal corticosteroid sprays for at least 3 months.
