What I can understand by this is that the child has developed viral induced wheezing for which the practitioner has prescribed asthalin and budecort inhaler.
Is this the first episode or there is history of recurrent nebulization and seasonal variation of episodes or similar history or history of allergy or asthma or atopic dermatitis in the family?
If the symptoms of cough with wheezing are persistent, you need to continue the inhalers with a spacer and a mask.
If the child is not taking despite spacer and mask, you can continue with nebulisation.
Do not continue monticope syrup for more than a week due to risk of neuropsychiatric manifestations. Can give syrup cetrizine(5mg/5ml) 2.5 ml at night once for five days
