Had High Heart Rate 1 1/2 Months Ago After That I was Having Acidity and Stomach issue for 7 Days then Everything Got Ok and I was Leading A Normal Life But Now Since More than 1 week I am Having Stomach Issue & Gastritis With Difficulty Breathing and Little bit cough In thorat and Nasal blockage comes and goes with Cough In Throat Also comes and Goes
