Breathing difficulty while yawning

Hi I am having difficulty in breathing during yawning, I have to take deep breath. Also feel like heaviness in chest. I am having hiatus hernia. Also feel pain in hand, neck and leg.

U must do a pulmonary function test and chest xray will let u knw any obstruction in ur lung?
