I went to bed after eating suddenly i wake up after few mintues i feel like shortness of breath so i sit on bed for sometime then feel okk also suffering from constant belching burping and looks like acid refulx what is the cause for breathing difficulty is it due to acid refulx and GERD ?

Do not lie down immediately after taking meals.sit down for atleast an hour or 2 after each meals
