Whom should i consult for following issues.
1> i am constantly concentrating on my breathing and feel short of breath and feel my normal automatic breathing rhythm is no more.its been more than a year now.
2> i have to gasp air taking big deep breath every few minutes as i feel that i am not getting enough air in my brain and lungs.
3>my mind doesn't calm for a moment no matter whatever i do to keep it calm it keeps thinking stuffs,it takes me more than 2 hours to fall asleep after lying on bed.
4>Mind is in constant dilemma and keeps thinking how to get these conditions right and have a normal life as before, its troubling my daily activities!!!
