Can someone please explain how to differentiate panic attack and asthma attack Symptoms: palpitations, rapid short breath(urge to take long deep breath often) nervousness, fear, jerk

Asthmatic attack , one won't get any better without medication. ..to be simple. . And first attacks of asthma In middle age is little uncommon Panic attack ..they will be incident or thought provoking it...will be fine in few minutes...
