Iam having breast lumps from many years.Before getting my period i get pain in the breast.Is it cancer?

Is it in both the breasts?  Does anyone in the family has history of any cancer? Pain in breast during menses is because of fibroadenosis.  Cancer is generally painless and develops at a little later age.  To confirm it still you can get an ultrasound done as mammogram will not be helpful at your age.
