Hi... I am having breasts pain for last one week. It is mainly on the outer and upper parts. Any suggestions why this may be happening?

Need some details like whether the pain is cyclical or noncyclical .. Relationship of the pain with periods, any mass palpable , any redness , swelling , discharge etc ..
If cyclical mostly related to hormonal imbalances or due to fibrocystic disease of breast ..
Local causes like trauma , costochondritis , chest wall pain also need to be ruled out

Breast pain could be related to hormonal disturbances in the body or it could also be there if you are not wearing a proper size support..
if it is related to your menstrual cycle it is most likely hormonal ...
kindly get an ultrasound bilateral breast done to rule out any Pathology
