How to increase/improve lactation? My baby currently needs formula as well as breastfeeding. Suggest any relevant medicines if any. Also when can we resume sexual activity after section delivery?

Take proper food wit high protein diet Which includes milk and egg and fenugreek seeds in warm water , fennel seeds, green leafy vegetables, garlic, dry fruits For medicine pls do consult
