I had abortion yast year everything is good period is also normal' but now light color milk comes from breast and also felt some changes in breast before my period now it's in normal size but it's comes milk

It is called galactorrhoea which has many reasons. It happens when prolactin hormone is high, so check prolactin levels, morning fasting sample is better. It may happen as side effect of some medicines so check for that.
