Which imagine is usefull for detection breast cancer after delivered baby? mri, mammogram or usg?? and after how many days i can go for it so that i can get accurate result?

If there is a lump an USG guided FNAC should be the first method of intervention but if there is a diffuse thickness in the breast a mammogram or MRI can be safely advised to a mother after delivery.
