I have lumps type in my left breast for like 5 years sometimes they pain some time feels nothing I just wanted to know exactly what it is and if you all can suggest me a good ladies doctor for this

If they are related to your periods it is normal with hormonal disturbances , if there is discharge of increasing hardness of lump it is better to take an opinion
