Hello,My name is nikita and my age is 22. my height is good but my breast size is 30. so plz suggest me breast decreasing medicine and exercise.

No medicine can reduce breast size. But if u reduce ur weight, inche near breast will get reduced. Size of breast automatically comes down.  Exercises like stretching n mild weight trainging for protrators and retractors, spinal extenstion exz u cn do.
