Breast problem after fibroadenoma

Removed fibroadenoma from left breast from last 15yrs , tested mammography but result was negative 3yrs ago ,now 1yr breast nipple decaying in both sides, feeling lumps in both sides of breast...what should i do now..am i at any type of risk??... considering me as a diabetis patient with fatty liver problem... please reply me ...
