I am having shoulder pain since last 5 days and now since last 2 days my left breast is also hurting . The pain is more when i press it or with some movement . Is it because of neck and shoulder pain . I had menopause 6 years bsck and mammogram 1.5 year back . What medicene should i take

First you need to know the cause of shoulder pain and take medicine for that , most probably some muscle relaxant . Even after that if breast pain doesn’t go, you can take Vitamin E 600 mg .
