I usually have breast pain/soreness before and during my cycle but now I still have it. The pain tends to be worse at night. They have also been itching on and off but it is difficult because if it scratch it just makes the pain worse.

Pain in the breast before periods is normal.  It occurs due to hormonal changes in the body at this time.  For the itching it is difficult to advise without examining you.
