So my friend recently discovered a small lump or she doesn't know if it's a lump or not but feels like a small ball . No other symptom is there , no nipple discharge no pain no nothing and she's panicking and touching it a lot so a mild very mild irritation is there . She is also obese Her periods are 10-12 days away , what to to , she's having major anxiety and panicking a lot . Should she wait for her periods to come and go , maybe the lump disappears or do what ? And in general her periods are quite regular . She's just 23 and having major anxiety about this lump / please help us .
