Hi ..My breast SonoMammography report showing right breast has multi lobulated regular marginated solid 4.5*3.5*3.5 cm sized mobile solid hypoechoic lesion with cystic degeneration changes and internal vascularity within. I don't have any other symptoms other than this does above reports means I have a chances of breast cancer or fibroadenoma or any other tumor.Do I have to get operated .Which surgeon do this surgery. Thanks in advance

Yes.. For this size lesion U have to be operated. Atleast u should do biopsy from the lesion then proceed based on the report.. It may be Cancer also.. So consult soon without delay..
