I'm a Breast feeding mother suffering from cold, and cough. 1. Should I take Dolo 650 OR Crocin Cold & Flu? 2. Is it safe for me to take Alex syrup?

Alex sup can be taken while on breast feeding...it's safe For symptomatic relief these medicines can be taken but if this is infection then antibiotic should be taken

Hello i have noted your concern, Yes you can take paracetamol as it is the safest medicine for fever or pain and if you are not allergic to paracetamol. But I can’t advise you to take alex syrup as it can pass in breastmilk and may harm the baby in some cases.
