I got started my periods from class 7 my breast size is not increasing from then and now i m 23yrs what should i do .I eat fennel seeds, soya beans, kidney beans, fenugreek but i see no results i hav applied creams and done oil massages also then also no change.
I m regular in my periodical cycle and bleed for 3 days.

i think you dont worry abt your bearst size it will increase as ur age advance. during pragnancy milk secretion make your beast size big . and do try other medicine because it will make your periods iregular thnxs

Hey, estrogen is responsible for growth and development of breast, exercise daily , have nutritious food,tablets containing estrogen may affect Menstrual cycle with heavy bleeding .So better don't bother of that, during pregnancy breast size increases naturally
