My nipples become hard and its paining too much. I am not able to express milk by hand. Please suggest what to do

u need to get it evaluated an rule out a breast abscess ..try hot fomentation and some analgesics to reduce the pain

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You can use a moisturiser like elovera imf to apply on the nipples in the night. It should be alright in a day or two. If it doesn't, then get it checked out by a dermatologist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
