Not pregnant but use to notice a discharge from my nipples most time but without pain and few times irregular menstruation and ovulation.

There are too many symptoms ;
Breast nipple discharge, irregular periods, Ovulation (I don't know what you noticed about your Ovulation). Please keep a record of your periods for 3 months, get a Sonography done and consult a Gynaecologist on Practo
