My daughter is 9 yrs old her right breast is swelling but left one is flat and she has pain.alsoin right one

This is just the beginning of breast development for her. It can start with one breast and then increase to both. If it is too painful try a little hot fomentation. Rarely she might require an analgesic too. But it will subside with time.

If the pain is persistent and severe in nature then consult a pediatric surgeon
