My friend is having a little lump in her left breast she is not married she is feeling pain when touched she is not having any changes in her breast whatever we saw as breast cancer symptoms in Google we are so scared that she has breast cancer or not please help me out with this .

The lump she is feeling may not be lump at all. It may just glandularity. Breast cancer in young individual is very rare so don't get scared. However consult general surgeon for treatment of this condition also.
