If cytology test was negative, in breast specimen, does she has breast cancer

Cytology means what? Wether needle aspiration or completely removed and examined (excision biospy). Needle aspiration are not confirmatory in breast cancer. However if biospy report is negative to cancer then you should get assured and need not be worry
