Found a breast lumps in the left side breast and it's painful, basically in night time does it's sign of cancer.

It’s unlikely a cancer , but u must see nearby doctor for proper clinical examination and if he / she suggest , go for both breast mammogram! Or u may reach out to dr rk choudhary.
