I have been facing pain in upper chest from quite few days. Earlier I thought it's breast pain. But lately I have realised it's not localised pain , it's circulating in the area surrounding my breast. I had started wearing wired bra 1 week back. The pain had also commenced around the same time. Even though I have stopped wearing that bra now. But still it pains.

That can be the cause of pain.. is there any mark of your bra being tight? Use local hot compresses and also use some moisturizers.. should go away in another week..
