You should avoid BF on that side...give BF from other side till then..

U should avoid breast feed from that side if really it is breast abscess..but most of the time it is not breast abscess.most of the time it is only breast engorgement.in that case you should breast feed to ur baby from same breast more often and condition resolves..so plz do urgent consultation for breast abscess as it needs rapid diagnosis and treatment if it is breast abscess really!

Better to avoid on that side till the infection comes down
