How to know whether I have breast engorgement or breast abscess? Is breast abscess needle aspiration painful and does it require anesthesia?

In engorgement,The baby will have difficulty in latching on the breast and breast will be hard on examination. In breast abcess  Mother will have fever, malaise, breast tenderness, severe pain during breast feeding to baby.

Do  visit your routine gynaecologist, and get examined 2 differentiate  Between abscess and engorgement
