Hi, It's been 3.5 months that I'm on isotroin and I still have 3-4 breakouts. Is this common or should I stop the medication? Please advise.

Isotretinoin is the drug of choice for severe acne but that doesn't guarantee acne will never appear again. It is given to control severe acne which may damage your face by causing scars. Few acne may still appear even after successful treatment but it can be controlled with simple measures then. Let your treating dermatologist decide whether to continue or stop the medicine.
