Can brain tumour cause digestive related problems like acidity? I have dyspepsia since last 3 months along with continuous but mild headache. Could both be related ?

Yes ...stress related ulcers are known to cause such digestive upset...but not  linked to timor perse... medications to relieve edema in tumor can cause indigestion...consult ur neurosurgeon
