4 mg dexa is started after mri brain and CSF analysis with anti tb drug lenozolid levoflox ethambutol streptomycin . Isoniazid is restarting gradually bcz of liver injury will all the above mentioned drug will be sufficient to treat brain tb as pyrazinamide is causing liver injury

for now it seems ok..get lft after 5 days and after comparison of old vs new, can plan addition of meds accordingly
