Brain surgery and now have an infection

My father had a brain surgery[csf ottorhea] 5 months ago,he has an infection [pseudomonas ] come from hospital which couldn't cured after giving lots of antibiotics which are sensitive to csf culture, but no improvement seen.approx 15 days after operation there seen a swelling in brain,and my father became unconscious and breathing problems.doctors adviced to do MRI . MRI shows there is hydrocephalus developed in brain.then doctors adviced to do Vp shunt operation.after operation he is liitle bit consious and we discharge him from hospital.but after some days he again becomes unconscious and infection is still there..now what should we do? Is there any medicine in ayurveda for this pseudomonas infection

Is he still hospitalized or at home. Please share his current medications And for better clinical picture would like to know his current status(still unconscious or conscious).

In such critical cases, we need proper evaluation of your father. Is he hospitalised now ? What's his Glassgow comma scale (GCS) ?
