Please tell what should I do after paralysis his right hand side is not working and Food pipe is fitted, how long will it come out and what will be the treatment, what should be the diet, what should be the medicine?

He had multiple episodes of paralysis in past also. Kindly send his ecg, echo and carotid doppler reports also Food pipe can be removed eventually depending upon his improvement.
