Attached is brain mri.few days back he got speech disturbance for 30 sec .At the moment he is fine.have hip replacement surgery month back.recovery is good.is report shows urgency?any concern regarding contrast injection and radiation for ct angio of neck vessel? Any alternative?

Hi sir , there is a chronic infarct for which treatment to be initiated and ct cerebral angiogram needed for future stroke risk prediction
