Brain MRI plain or contrast

I have done a CT scan brain in which it suggested to do a MRI brain because as some small hyperdense foci has been found in the right side of the brain... I just want to know whether I have to do plain MRI or contrast MRI or any particular MRI for this... Also want to confirm that per my CT scan report Am I need to worry...I am really really tensed and anxiety level are shooted up since I recieved my CT scan report... Reports attached.. Jus want know what type of MRI need to be done and am I suffering from some serious brain issue... Positive reply will be highly appreciated

1st of all Dont panic . Consult a neurologist for clinical diagnosis and whether this 1 focus  is significant or not.  After that neurologist will decide what MRI needs to be done.
