Procedure 1:stent assisted coling of acom anerysm by dr vivekgupta/ dr chirag. Stent placed into Rt A1 proximally extending into left A2 total of coils used. Complete occlusion of aneurysm with normal stent patency. Procedure 2: intrarterial nimodipine given on 15/5/2016.mild vasospasm involving b/l m1-mca and A1-ACA (R>L), 3mg nimodipine instilled in rt ica and 2mg instiled in left ica postnimodiine runs revealed reduction in vasospasm
