As the size of aneurysm is small and also neck is wide  & patient is asymptomatic, in my opinion  any invasive treatment  is not required at current situation. But patient should  be careful. As it near to a nerve, if  he develops any symptoms  of headache or paraesthesia over face must consult doctors. Follow up Neuro imaging ( angio) may be required for the asessment of future  pogression of the aneurysm.
