Yesterday, Doctor's placed BPS Ivoclar dentures in my dad's mouth. Dentures has brand name ` BPS ` in upper dentures. Dentures are in normal cover. We did not get dentures box , dentures guide, patient glance. they give us only dentures with small cover.When I checked in BPS website they mentioned that box,guide and patient glance as a kit.But we did not get these items. When I asked them they said that BPS dentures will come like this only you will not get box and all. Please help me what to do? How to proceed?

with the logo printed on the dentures, you can make sure that they are ivoclar bps dentures.., and i get these dentures done in india's best lab dentcare from kerala..., even i get them in a cover. they never came with box,guide and all. so, need not worry.
