I am currently 31 weeks pregnant no bp or gestational diabetes but my scan report shows bpd is way ahead, is it a concern ?

Please repeat ur growth,  as there is so discrepancy between,  BPD and gestational age (almost 4 week) And also between AC and gestational age( by 4 weeks) Wide range to compare
