Dear sir/medam I have a  doubt about BP ,Suppose bp of 120/75 is the perfect pumping of heart or not?? Is that with above bp heart is working perfectly or not and saturation level also 97 and 98. Please clarify my doubt.

Just BP is not enough to tell about the overall health of heart. Many heart diseases present with normal blood pressure. On the other hand , BP is influenced by a lot of factors other than heart itself.
