Hello there. I can understand your concern. There are a lot of categories of the blood pressure medicines. I see that you are taking olmesartan and hydrochlorothiazide everyday. Let me clear this one for you. It doesnt affect the sex life in any way. Infact not taking the medicines will cause an effect on living itself let alone sex life. Therefore you have to continue the blood pressure medicine everyday and restrict your salt intake. Do exercise daily and even practise pelvic floor muscle strengthening exercises.
